If you find yourself not completely satisfied with the quality or appearance of your arrangement at any time, we encourage you to contact us promptly. Substitution Policy

At AJ Blooms, we are deeply committed to delivering fresh, vibrant, and beautiful floral arrangements exactly as selected by our customers, ensuring complete satisfaction every time they receive their carefully prepared order. However, from time to time, substitutions may become necessary due to seasonal changes, regional availability limitations, or unexpected supply issues that are beyond our control. In these instances, our skilled and experienced florists will thoughtfully select fresh alternatives of equal or greater value, chosen with great care to maintain and enhance the original style, theme, and overall aesthetic of your arrangement. Our goal is always to ensure the quality you expect is never compromised. Additionally, we may reach out to you to confirm any changes that might be needed, keeping you informed every step of the way and ensuring your complete approval. If we do not hear from you in a timely manner, we will proceed by making the most elegant and appropriate floral choice to guarantee your order is completed promptly and beautifully.

Delivery Policy

We always strive to accommodate specific delivery time requests to the best of our ability; however, please understand that exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to variables beyond our control. It is essential that customers provide accurate and complete recipient information, including any necessary access codes or special instructions. Delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer will unfortunately not qualify for refunds or compensation.

Delivery times may also be impacted by extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such events, if timely delivery is not feasible, we will make every effort to deliver your order at the earliest possible opportunity once conditions improve and it is safe to do so.

Recipient Not Home : If you have specific instructions for delivery please note them in the Special  Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not home we will:

   - Call and or Text the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time

   -  Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)

 If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order or the service you have received from AJ Blooms, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can address your concerns and work towards a satisfactory resolution. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Everyday Orders and Special Event Order Policy

All everyday vase arrangements and wrapped bouquets by AJ Blooms Florist are thoughtfully custom-designed and meticulously crafted to suit each individual order. After you place your order, our system quickly and efficiently sources the freshest flowers needed to fulfill it. This careful process guarantees that fresh flowers arrive at our shop promptly, allowing our skilled florists ample time to create your unique, personalized arrangement. Please be aware that once your order is entered into the system, it cannot be canceled, as this policy helps us maintain the highest quality standards and ensure the timely delivery of your flowers.

Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable change orders already in process at the florist, in route or delivered.  However, if your order has not yet entered the production phase, and you need to make changes we may be able to offer you in-store credit or collaborate with you to create an alternative arrangement that better suits your needs. Please contact us promptly if you wish to explore these options before production begins to ensure the best possible outcome.

Sympathy Arrangement Policy

All floral arrangements created by AJ Blooms Florist are custom-designed pieces meticulously crafted specifically for each individual order. Once an order has been placed, our system immediately orders the flowers needed for your services. This process ensures that the flowers needed for your arrangement are ordered and will arrive to our shop for our skilled florist to create your custom piece in time for your services. Thus, Sympathy orders that are in our system unfortunately cannot be canceled. However, if your arrangement has not yet entered the production stage, we are happy to offer you alternative options such as an in-store credit or creating a new custom arrangement with your ordered flowers tailored to your specific preferences and needs for your services.

If the order is already in production, it will be completed as originally requested. We sincerely appreciate your understanding, as we put great care and attention into crafting elegant and unique arrangements that, once the production process begins or the flowers have been ordered, unfortunately cannot be changed.
